FCA Updates

Finance firms now have until 4 December 2025 to respond to commission complaints. That's more time for them — but it also means claims are still wide open.

The FCA is launching a major compensation scheme in 2026 covering agreements from April 2007 to November 2024. Early estimates suggest average payouts around £830 per agreement — but individual claims could be significantly higher.
